Terms of service | Growth Booster

Last updated: 6 October 2026. These terms apply when you use Growth Booster, a service run by IMPT.

The service

Growth Booster helps a business grow using the website it already has: a website check, visitor tracking, an AI assistant, and further tools as they are released. Features may change and some are still being built.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must have the right to connect the website you add.

Price and payment

The plan costs $99 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. The tools become available once your payment succeeds. The free website check does not need a plan.
You can cancel at any time from Plan, Manage billing. Your plan then ends at the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded unless the law requires it.
If a payment fails, some features are paused until it is fixed.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or to send spam.
Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service or access other people's data.
Only add your own website, or one you are allowed to manage.

AI assistant

AI answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it or share it. You are responsible for how you use what the assistant writes.

Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy policy. You are responsible for telling your own website visitors that you use visitor statistics.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change or stop features, and we will give notice of important changes.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
